Google recently announced a change that makes Google’s Picassa and content, are at the forefront of search results. Apparently this is a negative response by Twitter, in an official statement said it was not like change the search model.
Meanwhile, via Twitter tweetnya general counsel and former employees of Google, Alex Macgillivray criticized Google’s move, saying it as ‘a bad day for the internet’.
Officially, Twitter also sends the statement containing the disappointment over the lack of integrity of Google. “For years, people have relied on Google to deliver the most relevant results. That’s bad for people, publishers, news organizations as well as twitter users,” said Twitter, as reported by Yahoo News.
“Seacrh, plus Your World ‘is rated as a upayan to promote and make Google the center of the product. Basically this makes the service more personalized search results, with the rise of the Google content network users based on relevant keywords.
Responding to criticism of Twitter, according to TechCrunch, Google seems to respond with a posting on the official page Goole, and said he was surprised by the responses Twitter. “We were a little surprised with Twitter comments about the ‘Search Plus Your World’, because they chose not to renew an agreement with us last summer.”
Previously, Google and Twitter have a deal that includes tweets into Google’s search results in real time. But the contract between the two companies have ended in July last year, so Google was forced to vacate the real-time search.
